How do I book an appointment?

Payments & Pricing

How do I pay?

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

The remaining balance is paid on the day of your appointment.

 

We accept card payments and Klarna, where eligible.

Yes. All treatments require a £50 deposit.

 

Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment and are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

 

Deposits are non-refundable.

Late arrival may result in:
   •   reduced treatment time, or
   •   appointment cancellation

 

In these cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Missed appointments will result in loss of deposit.

SKN Memberships

How do SKN Memberships work?

SKN Memberships are structured skin programmes designed to support your skin over time.

 

They are not booked online and must be arranged directly with the clinic following a short discussion to confirm suitability and payment arrangements.

Yes. All SKN Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

 

This allows your skin the time it needs to respond, stabilise, and improve.

Treatments are selected based on your skin’s needs at the time of each appointment.

 

Memberships do not guarantee access to specific treatments. Treatment plans may evolve as your skin changes.

Are injectables included in memberships?

   •   SKN 1 & SKN 2: Injectables are not included
   •   SKN 3: Injectable skin rejuvenation may be included where clinically appropriate

 

Some advanced injectables are excluded unless agreed separately.

Yes. Membership upgrades can be discussed at any time, subject to suitability and availability.

Safety & Aftercare

Is aftercare important?

Yes. Aftercare is essential to protect your skin and achieve the best results.

 

Aftercare guidance is provided after each treatment and must be followed.
