These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, and SKN Memberships provided by SKN and Smile Co Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or receiving treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Clinic
SKN and Smile Co Ltd provides professional aesthetics, laser, and advanced skin treatments. We reserve the right to update, amend, or discontinue services, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Clients are responsible for selecting the correct treatment when booking.
• Full details for each treatment are provided within the individual treatment description and must be reviewed before booking.
• Some services, including SKN Memberships and structured programmes, cannot be booked online and must be arranged directly with the clinic.
3. Deposits & Payments
• A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking for all treatments.
• Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
• We accept card payments and Klarna, where eligible.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
• Missed appointments will result in loss of deposit.
• Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation.
• In all cases above, deposits remain non-refundable.
5. Consultations & Treatment Suitability
• Not all treatments require a separate consultation.
• Some treatments include consultation within the appointment, while others may require a consultation prior to booking.
• Treatment suitability is determined by professional assessment.
• We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or stop treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.
6. Medical Information & Client Responsibility
• Clients must provide complete and accurate medical history and information.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may compromise treatment safety and results.
• SKN and Smile Co Ltd accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
• Consent forms must be completed honestly and accurately prior to treatment.
7. Clinical Photography (Including Laser Treatments)
• Clinical photographs may be required before and during treatment, particularly for laser hair removal.
• These photographs form part of your medical and treatment record and are required for safety, monitoring, legal, and insurance purposes.
• Clinical photographs are not used for marketing without explicit written consent.
• If a client declines required clinical photography, SKN and Smile Co Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel treatment.
8. Treatment Outcomes & Expectations
• Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.
• Temporary redness, sensitivity, shedding, or downtime may occur depending on the treatment.
• Treatment outcomes depend on factors including skin condition, lifestyle, health, and aftercare compliance.
9. Aftercare & Liability
• Aftercare instructions provided must be followed carefully.
• SKN and Smile Co Ltd is not liable for adverse outcomes where aftercare instructions are not followed.
• Clients are responsible for contacting the clinic if they experience concerns following treatment.
10. SKN Membership Terms
• SKN Memberships are structured skin programmes and are not booked online.
• Memberships are arranged directly with the clinic following confirmation of suitability.
• All SKN Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
• Membership payments are arranged directly with the clinic and may be paid monthly or in full, as agreed.
Membership Inclusions & Exclusions
• Treatments are selected based on skin needs at the time of each appointment.
• Memberships do not guarantee access to specific treatments.
SKN 1 & SKN 2
• RF microneedling is not included.
• RF microneedling is available at a 40% member discount and must be booked as a standalone appointment.
• Injectables and exosomes are not included.
SKN 3
• SKN 3 is a structured 12-week programme.
• Injectable skin rejuvenation (including Botox, polynucleotides, and skin boosters) may be included where clinically appropriate.
• Exosomes may be incorporated where clinically appropriate, typically once within the programme.
• Sculptra and Profhilo are not included unless agreed and charged separately.
• Missed membership sessions do not automatically roll over and are not refundable unless agreed at the clinic’s discretion.
11. Refusal of Service
SKN and Smile Co Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for reasons including, but not limited to:
• medical contraindications
• safety concerns
• refusal to comply with clinic policies
• inappropriate behaviour
12. Limitation of Liability
SKN and Smile Co Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage beyond the cost of the treatment provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Force Majeure
SKN and Smile Co Ltd is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
